Outside of work I'm a husband and father of two boys (and a Eurasier). I enjoy sport, particularly football, tennis and golf, and I'm an avid Chelsea and Formula One fan. Sport has always reinforced the importance of leadership, teamwork and peak performance, principles that translate directly into building great leadership teams.
